For example, the reliability, stability, scalability, and strictness of battery charge and discharge management are ours. The most concerned issue, as a starting point, our company grandly launched the second generation of power operation power monitoring system, in order to meet the user's requirements for continuous improvement of the power system, to make up for the shortcomings of the previous monitoring. The previous monitoring is based only on the basis of small systems and cannot satisfy the requirements of most users. The design idea of the second generation monitoring system is:
● The software is written in a high-level language. All files are managed in the form of projects. This greatly reduces the hidden dangers caused by insufficient software editing. At the same time, it improves the readability and modifiability of the software, and can meet the customer's change requirements in the first time.
● The operation interface makes full use of the reachable range of the touch screen, and truly achieves touch operation, fully realizing humanized design;
● From the perspective of safety, the most likely isolation technology is used to ensure the normal operation of the system. For example, the AC voltage and current sampling are all built-in sensor isolation; the bus voltage and battery voltage detection and the battery pack do not have a common problem between the battery packs. To segment management; battery inspection is all isolated by isolation relay; insulation detection uses leakage current sensor sampling; all current sampling uses Hall sensor isolation input, etc.;
● The system is designed with full consideration of the diversity of the system, with perfect expansion functions, such as system segmentation, expansion of switch detection (up to 160 contacts can be detected), and the number of insulation detection circuits can be expanded to 120. Back to the branch, users can flexibly configure according to different requirements of their respective systems;
● From the installation point of view, the product design is designed to be simple and clear, easy for users to install, such as the main monitoring card installation, each unit has a detailed silk screen, as far as possible to get rid of the instructions can be installed.
